An innovative global supplier of metal-formed components and assemblies for the automotive industry is looking for a "High-Potential" Quality Engineer for their rapidly growing manufacturing operation in the Middleboro IN Area! The plant is a world-class facility with state-of-the-art equipment and technology and also offers excellent benefits



  • Provide support for manufacturing of parts to ensure that production documentation is consistent with manufacturing methods/processes
  • Lead activities in support of PFMEA and control plan documentation to ensure processes and procedures are documented and meet standards
  • Develop methods and procedures for part validation efforts, creating reports from validation using SPC data and support test equipment standards
  • Work with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues
  • Drive Quality Problem solving tools for root cause identification and corrective action
  • Lead in the investigation and implementation of process improvements
  • Support customers and suppliers requirements as needed


  • BS in Engineering or a Technical discipline Preferred
  • 2+ years experience in manufacturing/quality with metal fabrication, and assembly process experience.
  • Casting / CNC experience a plus
  • Experienced with lab testing equipment and CMM Programming.
  • Working experience with TS16949, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, Quality problem solving models and APQP
  • Automotive experience in manufacturing a plus
  • Strong Microsoft skills
