A premier manufacturer has an immediate need for a Production Supervisor to oversee all plant operations on second shift. This critical position will direct up to 15 employees initially, and will eventually ramp up to 20 - 25 employees. The Supervisor will be responsible for a machine shop, fabrication and painting of large components and reports to a Fabrication Manager.

  • You will direct all of Second Shift with oversight for 15 to 25 employees
  • Make safety the #1 priority for all employees
  • Focus on meeting production schedules on time, delivering exceptional quality
  • Coach and mentor employees
  • Focus on continuous improvement and help drive production best practices
  • Identify any training needs and provide as needed


  • Degree preferred but not required
  • Must also have a minimum of 10 years of Production Supervision experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Exceptional team skills along with excellent communication, both written & verbal
  • Strong commitment to Workplace Safety
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • An eye for Quality
  • Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement implementation
  • Must be a "Hands-On" Production Leader with demonstrated experience at leading manufacturing/production operations
