Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Proven track record of success in a high-growth, manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR strategy development and execution.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
