Your Role & Responsibilities:
As the Managing Director, you will occupy a pivotal position, overseeing the following key responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight: Direct budgetary adherence while ensuring stringent adherence to production output, quality benchmarks, and regulatory compliance.
- Leadership of Departments: Provide strategic direction and oversight to critical departments including program management, engineering, supply chain, production, quality, finance, and HR.
- Operational Management: Execute daily operations with precision, monitoring key performance indicators and implementing strategic adjustments as necessary.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and empower our workforce, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.
- Process Optimization: Streamline operational workflows and enhance efficiency across all facets of the organization.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address operational risks, ensuring continuity and resilience.
- Compliance Assurance: Uphold strict adherence to legal, environmental, health, and safety standards, safeguarding the company's reputation and integrity.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong partnerships with vendors and clients, facilitating productive negotiations and maintaining collaborative relationships.
- Strategic Reporting: Present comprehensive operational insights and recommendations to senior management, driving informed decision-making.

Your Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, technology, or business administration, complemented by extensive experience in operations and program management.
- Industry Expertise: A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in high-volume plastic injection molding manufacturing, ideally within the Automotive Industry, and a strong understanding of molding tooling.
- Standards Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in industry standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
- Technological Acumen: Familiarity with ERP systems <x{(}>(ideally IQMS) and Microsoft Office suite, coupled with a track record of international collaboration.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification: Hold a Black Belt certification, showcasing expertise in process optimization and quality management.
- Financial Acuity: Strong financial acumen with a keen understanding of business finance and controlling.
- Operational Mastery: Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management, and EHS regulations.
